Leadership

Jose serves as the Lead Pastor of Life On Mission Church. He earned his Master’s in Biblical Studies and Theology, holds a law degree, and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry in Discipleship. Jose is passionate about helping people experience the real-life hope and purpose that comes from following Jesus. His heart is to create a church where questions are welcomed, faith is lived out in everyday life, and no one walks alone.

Luz serves as our Chief Ministry Officer, helping to make sure everything we do stays focused on living life on mission with Jesus. She has a Master’s in Biblical Studies and Theology, an MBA in Human Resources Management, and is currently working toward her Doctorate of Ministry in Strategic Christian Ministry. Luz has a heart for building strong teams, developing leaders, and encouraging people to discover how God can use their everyday lives to make a difference.

Francis lives in Ocala, FL with her family. She is currently a student and is pursuing a degree in Christian Counseling through seminary, with a heart for ministering to adolescents and young adults. At Life On Mission Church, Francis helps create spaces—both online and in-person—where people can connect, serve, and grow in community.
