Jose serves as the Lead Pastor and founding shepherd of Life On Mission Church. He holds a Doctorate of Ministry in Discipleship, a Master’s in Biblical Studies and Theology, and a law degree. He provides spiritual oversight, doctrinal direction, and vision leadership for the church, helping shape a community centered on Scripture, authentic relationships, and everyday mission.

Luz serves as our Chief Ministry Officer and is part of the spiritual leadership team of Life On Mission Church. She helps guide the vision, doctrine, and ministry direction of the church, ensuring that everything we do remains rooted in Scripture and aligned with our mission of living life on mission with Jesus.
Luz teaches, leads small groups, administers communion within our micro-church gatherings, and regularly shares biblical messages through our online platforms. She is deeply involved in shaping theological alignment across ministries and helping develop leaders who handle God’s Word with clarity and faithfulness.
She holds a Doctorate of Ministry in Strategic Christian Ministry, a Master’s in Biblical Studies and Theology, and an MBA in Human Resources Management. Luz has a heart for building strong, spiritually healthy teams and equipping believers to grow in both character and calling.
Luz is passionate about serving the community in both practical and spiritual ways. She believes every person has been uniquely created by God with gifts and purpose, and her desire is to help others discover those gifts, deepen their faith, and live boldly in obedience to Christ.
