Jose serves as the Lead Pastor of Life On Mission Church. He earned his Doctorate of Ministry in Discipleship, Master’s in Biblical Studies and Theology and a law degree. Life On Mission Church was built not only for believers, but for seekers, skeptics, and anyone who’s ever wondered if they could find their way back to God.
His teaching style is relational, thoughtful, and deeply personal—more like sitting down for a heartfelt conversation than listening to a performance. Luz serves as our Chief Ministry Officer, helping to make sure everything we do stays focused on living life on mission with Jesus. She has a Doctorate of Ministry in Strategic Christian Ministry, Master’s in Biblical Studies and Theology and an MBA in Human Resources Management. Luz has a heart for building strong teams, developing leaders, and encouraging people to discover how God can use their everyday lives to make a difference.
Luz is deeply passionate about serving the community, helping others in practical and spiritual ways, and equipping people to recognize and live out their God-given potential. She believes every person has been uniquely created by God with gifts and purpose, and her heart is to help them discover and grow in these areas.
