Jose G. Santiago
Lead Pastor
Jose serves as the Lead Pastor of Life On Mission Church. He earned his Master’s in Biblical Studies and Theology, holds a law degree, and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry in Discipleship. Life On Mission Church was built not only for believers, but for seekers, skeptics, and anyone who’s ever wondered if they could find their way back to God.
His teaching style is calm, thoughtful, and deeply personal—more like sitting down for a heartfelt conversation than listening to a performance. He doesn’t preach to impress; he preaches to connect. His messages are grounded in scripture, shaped by real-life experience, and always centered on grace. You won’t find shouting, theatrics, or hype here. What you will find is honesty, biblical clarity, and a pastor who’s not afraid to say, “I’ve been there.”
Each sermon is crafted for people who may be exploring faith for the first time—or the first time in a long time. Jose often draws from his own story of grief, rebellion, success, shame, and redemption to help others discover that the gospel really is good news for real people with real struggles.
Whether you’re tuning in online or sitting in a small group living room, you can expect:
Jose’s heart as a pastor is simple: To create a church where it’s safe to be unfinished, honest about your story, and open to the possibility that God still wants to meet you right where you are.

- A warm, judgment-free welcome
- A message that explains scripture without assuming you know it
- Moments of reflection, not pressure
- A steady voice that leads with grace, not guilt
- Space to ask questions, wrestle with doubts, and walk at your pace
Jose’s heart as a pastor is simple: To create a church where it’s safe to be unfinished, honest about your story, and open to the possibility that God still wants to meet you right where you are.
