Lead a Micro-Church. Build People. Live on Mission

Our Community Builders shepherd micro-churches—small, committed communities centered on Scripture, prayer, and mission.
Some are launched from within Life On Mission Church. Others begin in new cities as part of our growing network.

This isn’t about starting something independent.
It’s about building something unified.

What is a Community Builder?

A Community Builder is a shepherd.
They:
 - Lead a local micro-church
 - Teach from LOM-provided sermon outlines or templates
- Facilitate approved RightNow Media discussions
- Cultivate prayer, care, and accountability
- Serve in alignment with LOM doctrine and leadership

Community Builders lead people. Life On Mission Church protects unity and doctrine.

What is a Micro-Church?

A micro-church is:
A consistent gathering of believers (typically 8–15 people) meeting in homes or approved spaces. It is:
- Rooted in Scripture
- Connected to the broader LOM network
- Outward-focused and mission-driven
- Relational, not performance-driven.

It is not a separate church or independent ministry.
It exists under pastoral covering and shared mission.

We Develop Leaders Relationally

We Don't Rush Leadership. We Walk With People.

- Faithful participation in a micro-church
- Identification and discernment
- Community Builder training
- Apprenticeship as a CB Trainee
- Leading sessions under supervision
- Receiving feedback and coaching
- Affirmation and launch

No one launches alone. Everyone is sent.
